Azure engagement structure
CMBI typically start new client engagements with a short Discovery Phase. We work collaboratively with your stakeholders to understand your requirements, discuss options and outcomes, and develop a lightweight prototype so that you can see and touch the benefits.
Typically, the Discovery Phase is a 2 to 5 day engagement over a couple of weeks duration. We can come on site or work remotely to demonstrate capabilities and to complete all aspects of configuration and development.
